Soccer speed-power, based on the 1-4-3-3 formation

Tactical combination movements & automation, with sprints and jumps in the attacking 3rd, based on the 1-4-3-3 formation. As shown in Figure 1, subgroups of 5 players are placed based on positions 8-10-7-9-11 of the formation. They cooperate in a sequence of passes (tactical movements), while having to execute jumps along their course and end up in predetermined positions in the area, to complete the phase with a final action. The execution is explosive, throughout the entire range of the exercise. The sets are 2-4, with a change in the sequence we follow in the passes. So in each set, we have a different approach to the cooperation movements and completion of the phase. The repetitions are 6-8 per set.

Figure 1

As we see in images 2 & 3, 10 passes to 11, who drives and shoots at goal. At the same time, 8 passes to 7, who closes in to cooperate with 9. 8 continues moving behind 7 (overlap) and 9 passes into space in the path of 8, who drives and crosses into the area for 9, 10, 11 and 7. 8, 9 and 10 pass through obstacles, however we can also place obstacles at the beginning of 7 & 11's movement.
Figure 2

The synchronization of movements and the correct positioning in the area is important, as is the selection of the final pass by the player who crosses.
Figure 3

Execute in the same way from the left side of attack, as shown in image 4.
Figure 4

Observations-Variations:
1. Implement different cooperation and automation moves per set, e.g. crosses from the winger, from the forward, etc.
2. Participation 2 & 3 in the cross (full-backs).
3. Execution in groups of 4 (7,8,9,11 or 10-11-9-7 etc.).
4. Add 1 or 2 defenders, (who also jump start) and place them in the area to increase the difficulty level of the attackers.
Note: It is very important that the execution is at 100% and the breaks are complete, so that the players perform their repetitions based on the speed-strength goal.
